Truesdell creates, organizes, transmits, and records project documents to provide professional responses to inquiries and tracking of all aspects of our projects. Truesdell maintains systems that keep all project information up to date and stored in the proper location, so information is readily available when it is requested.
All construction projects have a budget. Truesdell closely tracks project costs as work is performed. Updates can be provided to owners throughout the process allowing projects to continue to move forward on schedule and as planned. Proper vigilance is essential whether the project is cost-plus of lump sum. Keeping track of costs is important in either case, but just as important is keeping strict control over total cost incurred.
